### sec.99ATA Publication etc. of charges An SEQ service provider must publish and maintain on its website details of its charges under section 99BO (1) (g) relating to its water services and wastewater services for the current financial year. The details of the charges must be published under subsection (1) by 30 June of the financial year preceding the financial year to which the charges relate. An SEQ service provider must give a person a document showing the SEQ service provider’s charges relating to its water services and wastewater services for a particular financial year, free of charge, if the person asks for, and has not previously been given, a document showing the charges. s 99ATA ins 2010 No. 53 s 166 amd 2012 No. 1 s 40 ; 2014 No. 16 s 47 ; 2014 No. 16 s 101 sch 1 (sec.99ATA-ssec.1) An SEQ service provider must publish and maintain on its website details of its charges under section 99BO (1) (g) relating to its water services and wastewater services for the current financial year.
