### sec.99ATC Local government must provide information to distributor-retailer Each participating local government for a distributor-retailer must— as soon as practicable after the commencement of this section, give the distributor-retailer details sufficient to identify all land mentioned in section 99ATB (1) (a) that is in the local government’s local government area; and as soon as practicable after land in the local government’s local government area becomes land mentioned in section 99ATB (1) (a) , give the distributor-retailer details sufficient to identify the land; and as soon as practicable after land in the local government’s local government area stops being land mentioned in section 99ATB (1) (a) , give the distributor-retailer details sufficient to identify the land. Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
