### sec.88 Landowner’s obligations for asset The landowner can not, without the asset owner’s written consent— interfere with the asset; or take any step to change the use of the land to which the asset is attached; or carry out material works or make material improvements to the land; or grant rights to anyone else relating to the land that are inconsistent with the asset owner’s rights under section 86 or use of the asset.
