### sec.87 Compensation to landowner for entry and use If the landowner incurs loss or damage because of the asset owner’s exercise of a power under section 86 , the landowner is entitled to be paid compensation by the asset owner— as worked out under the transfer scheme or transfer notice; or as otherwise agreed between them.
