### sec.89 Registration of information about asset The asset owner may give a written request to the registrar to record the following information— that this part applies to the land to which the asset is attached; a description of the asset; the name of the asset owner. On receiving the request, the registrar must make a record in a way that a search of a relevant register kept by the registrar under the Land Act or the Land Title Act will show the information. On written request from the asset owner, the registrar must cancel the record.
