### sec.53AV Charge on premises for overdue charge, CPI indexation and costs ordered The total of the following is a charge on the premises (the distributor-retailer’s charge )— the overdue charge, as CPI indexed under section 53AW ; if, in a proceeding to recover the overdue charges, the court orders costs to be paid to distributor-retailer from the owner of the premises—the costs. The distributor-retailer’s charge does not include a power to sell the premises. The distributor-retailer’s charge does not secure any interest imposed under section 53AT .
