### sec.53AU Overdue charge is owing by any owner of the premises The overdue charge is payable by anyone who from time to time owns the premises. Subsection (1) applies whether or not the owner received the benefit of the services. Subsection (1) does not apply to any interest on the overdue charge. s 53AU ins 2010 No. 20 s 9 (sec.53AU-ssec.1) The overdue charge is payable by anyone who from time to time owns the premises.
