### sec.60 Deciding the application generally The council must— approve all or part of the application; or approve all or part of the application subject to conditions decided by the council; or refuse the application. Without limiting subsection (1) (b) , the council may impose conditions about infrastructure and the payment of contributions for infrastructure in the corporation area.
