### sec.59 Applicant responds to any information request
If the applicant receives an information request from the council, the applicant must respond by giving the council all of the information requested within the reasonable time requested by the council.
If the applicant does not provide the information within the reasonable time requested by the council, the council may refuse the application.

(sec.59-ssec.1) If the applicant receives an information request from the council, the applicant must respond by giving the council all of the information requested within the reasonable time requested by the council.
