### sec.61 Decision notice
The council must give written notice of the decision in the approved form (the decision notice ) to the applicant.
The decision notice must be given within 5 business days after the day the decision is made and must state the following—
the day the decision was made;
whether the application is approved, approved subject to conditions or refused;
if the application is approved subject to conditions, the conditions;
if the application is refused, the reasons for refusal.
When the council gives a decision notice under subsection (1) , the council must also give a copy of any plans and specifications approved by the council in relation to the decision notice.
