### sch.33-sec.11 Additional eligibility criterion—purchase rebate An applicant is eligible for the purchase rebate only if the authority is satisfied the applicant has, for each vessel tracking unit for which the rebate is sought under the application, bought the unit— from an authorised supplier; and when the unit was new; and within the prescribed period. sch 33 s 11 ins 2018 SL No. 131 s 5 - (a) from an authorised supplier; and - (b) when the unit was new; and - (c) within the prescribed period.
