### sch.33-sec.10 General eligibility criteria A person is eligible for assistance under the scheme if— the person makes an application in accordance with sections 9 and 23 within the prescribed period; and the authority is satisfied the person has, for each vessel tracking unit for which the purchase rebate or installation rebate is sought under the application— bought the unit; and See also section 11 . registered the verification details for the unit on the department’s public register of fishing authorities known as FishNet. FishNet is available at www.fishnet.fisheries.qld.gov.au. However, a person is not eligible for assistance under the scheme in connection with a prescribed licence that is— suspended; or being held by way of a temporary transfer under the Fisheries Act 1994 , section 65C .
