### sch.33-sec.12 Additional eligibility criteria—installation rebate An applicant is eligible for the installation rebate only if the authority is satisfied the applicant has, for each vessel tracking unit for which the rebate is sought under the application, had the unit professionally installed— in an eligible boat authorised for use under a nominated licence for the application; and within the prescribed period.
