### sec.5M Removal of all trust members
The Minister or Governor in Council may remove all the members of a trust from office if—
the trust does not meet at least twice in a financial year; or
the trust does not comply with its obligations under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 for the preparation and submission of annual financial statements and annual reports under that Act.
For applying subsection (1) —
the Minister may remove the members of a trust even if any of them was appointed by a local government; and
only the Governor in Council may remove the members of a trust appointed by the Governor in Council.
