### sec.75A Deletion of contrary to child’s best interests information
This section applies if—
an access application is made by or for a child for a document containing personal information of the child, the disclosure of which would not be in the child’s best interests under section 50 ; and
it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the personal information has been deleted.
The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the personal information has been deleted.
This section is subject to section 55 .

(sec.75A-ssec.1) This section applies if— an access application is made by or for a child for a document containing personal information of the child, the disclosure of which would not be in the child’s best interests under section 50 ; and it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the personal information has been deleted.
(sec.75A-ssec.2) The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the personal information has been deleted.
(sec.75A-ssec.3) This section is subject to section 55 .

- (b) it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the personal information has been deleted.
