### sec.75 Deletion of contrary to public interest information
This section applies if—
an access application is made for a document containing contrary to public interest information; and
it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the contrary to public interest information has been deleted.
The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the contrary to public interest information has been deleted.
This section is subject to section 55 .

(sec.75-ssec.1) This section applies if— an access application is made for a document containing contrary to public interest information; and it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the contrary to public interest information has been deleted.
(sec.75-ssec.2) The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the contrary to public interest information has been deleted.
(sec.75-ssec.3) This section is subject to section 55 .
- (a) an access application is made for a document containing contrary to public interest information; and
- (b) it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the contrary to public interest information has been deleted.
