### sec.75B Deletion of contrary to applicant’s best interests information—relevant healthcare information
This section applies if—
an access application is made for a document containing relevant healthcare information of the applicant, the disclosure of which might be prejudicial to the physical or mental health or wellbeing of the applicant under section 51 ; and
it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the relevant healthcare information has been deleted.
The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the relevant healthcare information has been deleted.
This section is subject to section 55 .

(sec.75B-ssec.1) This section applies if— an access application is made for a document containing relevant healthcare information of the applicant, the disclosure of which might be prejudicial to the physical or mental health or wellbeing of the applicant under section 51 ; and it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the relevant healthcare information has been deleted.
(sec.75B-ssec.2) The agency or Minister must give access to a copy of the document from which the relevant healthcare information has been deleted.
(sec.75B-ssec.3) This section is subject to section 55 .
- (a) an access application is made for a document containing relevant healthcare information of the applicant, the disclosure of which might be prejudicial to the physical or mental health or wellbeing of the applicant under section 51 ; and
- (b) it is practicable to give access to a copy of the document from which the relevant healthcare information has been deleted.
