### sec.289 Notice to leave if tenant’s entitlement to supported accommodation ends
This section applies if—
the tenant’s right of occupancy of the premises arises out of approved supported accommodation; and
the tenant ceases to be eligible—
to be provided with approved supported accommodation; or
to continue to occupy the particular premises.
The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant.
A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of accommodation assistance .

(sec.289-ssec.1) This section applies if— the tenant’s right of occupancy of the premises arises out of approved supported accommodation; and the tenant ceases to be eligible— to be provided with approved supported accommodation; or to continue to occupy the particular premises.
(sec.289-ssec.2) The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant.
(sec.289-ssec.3) A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of accommodation assistance .
- (a) the tenant’s right of occupancy of the premises arises out of approved supported accommodation; and
- (b) the tenant ceases to be eligible— (i) to be provided with approved supported accommodation; or (ii) to continue to occupy the particular premises.
