### sec.289 Notice to leave if tenant’s entitlement to supported accommodation ends This section applies if— the tenant’s right of occupancy of the premises arises out of approved supported accommodation; and the tenant ceases to be eligible— to be provided with approved supported accommodation; or to continue to occupy the particular premises. The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant. A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of accommodation assistance . s 289 amd 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 2 (sec.289-ssec.1) This section applies if— the tenant’s right of occupancy of the premises arises out of approved supported accommodation; and the tenant ceases to be eligible— to be provided with approved supported accommodation; or to continue to occupy the particular premises. (sec.289-ssec.2) The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant.
