### sec.288 Notice to leave if tenant’s employment ends or entitlement to occupy under employment ends If— the tenant occupies the premises under the tenant’s terms of employment; and either— the tenant’s employment ends; or the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises ends under the tenant’s terms of employment; the lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant. A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of entitlement under employment . This section applies subject to an industrial award or agreement or contract of employment. s 288 amd 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 2 (sec.288-ssec.1) If— the tenant occupies the premises under the tenant’s terms of employment; and either— the tenant’s employment ends; or the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises ends under the tenant’s terms of employment; the lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant.
