### sec.290 Notice to leave if tenant’s entitlement under affordable housing scheme ends This section applies if— the tenant occupies the premises under an affordable housing scheme; and the tenant ceases to be eligible under the scheme— to receive assistance; or to continue to occupy the particular premises. The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant. A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of housing assistance . s 290 amd 2013 No. 58 s 8 ; 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 2 (sec.290-ssec.1) This section applies if— the tenant occupies the premises under an affordable housing scheme; and the tenant ceases to be eligible under the scheme— to receive assistance; or to continue to occupy the particular premises. (sec.290-ssec.2) The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant.
