### sec.46 Extension of due day for applying for accreditation
Division 2 states the due day for an application for accreditation according to the level of accreditation sought.
At a service provider’s request made before the due day, the chief executive may give the service provider a notice extending, or further extending, the due day.
In deciding whether to extend the due day for an application for accreditation, the chief executive must have regard to—
the extent of the service provider’s preparations for making the application; and
the extent to which the service provider has improved the service to which the accreditation relates; and
any other relevant matter.
(sec.46-ssec.1) Division 2 states the due day for an application for accreditation according to the level of accreditation sought.
