### sec.44 Level 3 accreditation criteria
When making a level 3 accreditation decision for a residential service, the chief executive must have regard to the following matters concerning the personal care service provided in the course of the residential service—
the extent to which the service provider provides the personal care service in a way that meets the individual needs of the residents to whom the service is provided, protects their interests and maintains and enhances their quality of life generally;
the suitability of the staff members providing the personal care service;
a matter, relevant to a consideration of a matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) , provided for under a regulation.
