### sec.43 Level 2 accreditation criteria
When making a level 2 accreditation decision for a residential service, the chief executive must have regard to the following matters concerning the food service provided in the course of the residential service—
the quantity, quality, variety and nutritional value of the food provided;
the preparation, delivery, service and storage of the food;
a matter, relevant to a consideration of a matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) , provided for under a regulation.
