### sec.53 Issuing approval
As soon as practicable after deciding to grant a regional interests development approval, the chief executive must issue the approval.
The regional interests development approval must—
be in the approved form; and
state the following—
a description of the land;
the resource activity or regulated activity approved;
the area of regional interest for which the activity is approved;
any regional interests conditions on which the approval is granted.
(sec.53-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after deciding to grant a regional interests development approval, the chief executive must issue the approval.
(sec.53-ssec.2) The regional interests development approval must— be in the approved form; and state the following— a description of the land; the resource activity or regulated activity approved; the area of regional interest for which the activity is approved; any regional interests conditions on which the approval is granted.
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) state the following— (i) a description of the land; (ii) the resource activity or regulated activity approved; (iii) the area of regional interest for which the activity is approved; (iv) any regional interests conditions on which the approval is granted.
