### sec.52 Public notification of decision
The chief executive must, within the prescribed time frame, publish a notice about the decision—
on the department’s website; or
in a newspaper circulating generally in the area of the land.
The notice must—
identify the resource activity or regulated activity, the applicant and the land; and
briefly describe any conditions imposed on the resource activity or regulated activity by the decision; and
state that an affected land owner may appeal against the decision, the period within which an appeal must be started and how the right to appeal is to be exercised.
(sec.52-ssec.1) The chief executive must, within the prescribed time frame, publish a notice about the decision— on the department’s website; or in a newspaper circulating generally in the area of the land.
(sec.52-ssec.2) The notice must— identify the resource activity or regulated activity, the applicant and the land; and briefly describe any conditions imposed on the resource activity or regulated activity by the decision; and state that an affected land owner may appeal against the decision, the period within which an appeal must be started and how the right to appeal is to be exercised.
- (a) on the department’s website; or
- (b) in a newspaper circulating generally in the area of the land.
