### sec.71 Content of commercial activity agreements A commercial activity agreement must be written and must include each of the following details— the name of the recreation area it concerns; the date the agreement is entered into; its term; the name of the person with whom it is entered into and, if the person is a corporation, its ABN or ACN; the person’s place of business; the activities authorised under the agreement; any conditions of the agreement; the amount payable to the State under the agreement, or a way of working out the amount. Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that may be included in the agreement. The parties to the agreement may amend it at any time.
