### sec.72 Mandatory conditions of commercial activity agreements
This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes a commercial activity agreement should be subject to a condition that will assist in achieving the purpose of this Act (a recreation management condition ).
The chief executive must not enter into the agreement unless—
the agreement is made subject to the condition; and
the agreement identifies the condition as a recreation management condition and states that a breach of the condition is an offence against this Act.
(sec.72-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes a commercial activity agreement should be subject to a condition that will assist in achieving the purpose of this Act (a recreation management condition ).
(sec.72-ssec.2) The chief executive must not enter into the agreement unless— the agreement is made subject to the condition; and the agreement identifies the condition as a recreation management condition and states that a breach of the condition is an offence against this Act.
- (a) the agreement is made subject to the condition; and
- (b) the agreement identifies the condition as a recreation management condition and states that a breach of the condition is an offence against this Act.
