### sec.221 Notice of damage to, or loss or destruction of, record
If the holder of a commercial activity or organised event permit becomes aware of damage to, or loss or destruction of, a record kept by the holder under section 219 , the holder must immediately give written notice of the fact to the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
