### sec.220 Interfering with record
A person must not, without reasonable excuse—
deface, erase or obliterate an entry in a record mentioned in section 219 ; or
otherwise remove an entry from the record.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a person who removes a record or a copy of a record and gives it to the chief executive.
