### sec.219 Records and other information to be kept
The holder of a commercial activity or organised event permit must, in relation to activities authorised and conducted under the permit—
keep and store records about the activities, in the way prescribed under a regulation; and
include in the records the information prescribed under a regulation; and
give to the chief executive information about the activities in the way, at the times and accompanied by the fees, relating to the activities, prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
