### sec.222 Requirement to produce or surrender record
This section applies to a person required to keep a record under this Act.
The person must—
if asked by an authorised officer, produce the record for inspection by the officer; and
if asked, in writing, by the chief executive, surrender the record to the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
(sec.222-ssec.1) This section applies to a person required to keep a record under this Act.
