### sec.138 Written approval must be available for inspection
This section applies to a person while the person is conducting an activity in a recreation area under a written approval.
If asked by an authorised officer, the person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, produce the approval, or a copy of it, for inspection by the authorised officer.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
