### sec.139 Commercial activity agreement must be available for inspection
This section applies to a person while the person is conducting an activity in a recreation area under a commercial activity agreement.
If asked by an authorised officer, the person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, produce for inspection by the authorised officer—
the agreement, a copy of the agreement, or a copy of the relevant details for the agreement; and
a form of identification that shows a recent colour photograph of the person.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(sec.139-ssec.1) This section applies to a person while the person is conducting an activity in a recreation area under a commercial activity agreement.
