### sec.137 Permit or corresponding authority must be available for inspection
This section applies to a person while the person is conducting an activity in a recreation area under an organised event permit, a commercial activity permit or a corresponding authority.
If asked by an authorised officer, the person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, produce for inspection by the authorised officer—
the permit or authority, or a copy of it, or a copy of the relevant details for the permit or authority; and
a form of identification that shows a recent colour photograph of the person.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
