### sec.136 Dealing with forfeited things etc.
On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt with by the chief executive as the chief executive considers appropriate.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the chief executive may destroy or dispose of the thing.
For subsection (2) , if the thing is a radioactive substance, the chief executive must have regard to the matters stated in section 58 (c) , (d) and (f) in deciding how to exercise a power under the subsection.
Despite subsection (1) , the chief executive must not deal with the thing in a way that could prejudice the outcome of a review applied for under part 10 of which the chief executive is aware.
