### sec.135 When forfeited thing is a radiation source This section applies if— a thing is forfeited to the State; and the thing is a radiation source. The State does not contravene a provision of this Act merely because it obtains possession of, or possesses, the thing. s 135 amd 2000 No. 46 s 3 sch (sec.135-ssec.1) This section applies if— a thing is forfeited to the State; and the thing is a radiation source. (sec.135-ssec.2) The State does not contravene a provision of this Act merely because it obtains possession of, or possesses, the thing. - (a) a thing is forfeited to the State; and - (b) the thing is a radiation source.
