### sec.92 Control body to prepare draft strategic and operational plans
Before 31 March each year, a control body for a code of racing must prepare, and give to the Minister, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the code for the next financial year.
The control body and the Minister must try to reach agreement on the draft plans as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than the start of the financial year.
