### sec.91 Interaction of division with Financial Accountability Act 2009 If something is required to be done by the board under this division as a control body for a code of racing and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , compliance with this division is sufficient compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 . Otherwise, the requirements that apply under this division to the board as a control body for a code of racing are in addition to the requirements under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
