### sec.33 Functions of chief executive officer The main functions of the chief executive officer are as follows— to ensure the all-codes board is managed in accordance with the priorities of the board; to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the board; to ensure the board complies with the requirements of this Act and other Acts. s 33 ins 2012 No. 42 s 11 amd 2016 No. 12 s 389 s ch 2 pt 1 - (a) to ensure the all-codes board is managed in accordance with the priorities of the board; - (b) to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the board; - (c) to ensure the board complies with the requirements of this Act and other Acts.
