### sec.151 Making a false statement in application or other document
A person must not knowingly make a false statement—
in an application for a licence or approval application; or
in a document the person is required to keep, or to give to the Minister, the chief executive, a control body or another person, under this Act.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.

- (a) in an application for a licence or approval application; or
