### sec.150 Forgery and uttering Act documents
A person must not—
forge an Act document; or
knowingly utter an Act document that is forged.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
A person must not pretend to be a person named in an Act document, whether or not the person refers to the document.
