### sec.61 Theatre company’s seal
The theatre company’s seal is to be kept in the custody directed by the theatre company and may be used only as authorised by the company.
The attaching of the seal to a document must be witnessed by—
2 or more members; or
at least 1 member and the director; or
a member or the director, and 1 or more other persons authorised by the theatre company.

(sec.61-ssec.1) The theatre company’s seal is to be kept in the custody directed by the theatre company and may be used only as authorised by the company.
(sec.61-ssec.2) The attaching of the seal to a document must be witnessed by— 2 or more members; or at least 1 member and the director; or a member or the director, and 1 or more other persons authorised by the theatre company.
