### sec.60 Building etc. occupied by theatre company taken to be public place
This section applies for any Act conferring or imposing on a police officer powers or functions in respect of a public place or providing for offences committed in a public place.
A building or another place occupied by the theatre company is taken to be a public place.
Subsection (2) must not be construed to prevent or limit the imposition by the theatre company of conditions of entry for the building or other place.
