### sec.38 Quarterly reports
The board must give the responsible Ministers a report on the Authority’s operations for each quarter in a financial year.
A quarterly report must be given to the responsible Ministers—
within 4 weeks after the end of the quarter; or
if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the responsible Ministers—within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must—
contain the information required to be given in the report under the Authority’s operational plan; and
be signed by the chairperson of the board.
In this section—
quarter , in a financial year, means the following periods in the year—
1 July to 30 September;
1 October to 31 December;
1 January to 31 March;
1 April to 30 June.
(sec.38-ssec.1) The board must give the responsible Ministers a report on the Authority’s operations for each quarter in a financial year.
(sec.38-ssec.2) A quarterly report must be given to the responsible Ministers— within 4 weeks after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the responsible Ministers—within the agreed period.
(sec.38-ssec.3) A quarterly report must— contain the information required to be given in the report under the Authority’s operational plan; and be signed by the chairperson of the board.
(sec.38-ssec.4) In this section— quarter , in a financial year, means the following periods in the year— 1 July to 30 September; 1 October to 31 December; 1 January to 31 March; 1 April to 30 June.
- (a) within 4 weeks after the end of the quarter; or
- (b) if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the responsible Ministers—within the agreed period.

- (b) be signed by the chairperson of the board.
