### sec.57 Protection from liability of persons acting under the Act The following persons are not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act— a member; a person appointed to a committee established under section 24 ; an honorary assistant appointed under section 42C . If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a person, the liability attaches instead to the board.
