### sec.53 Board to keep Minister informed The board must— keep the Minister reasonably informed of the board’s operations including its financial and operational performance and the achievement of its goals; and give to the Minister reports and information that the Minister requires to enable the Minister to make informed assessments of matters mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and if matters arise that in the board’s opinion may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of its goals under its strategic plan or significantly affect its performance in delivering the outputs under its operational plan—immediately inform the Minister of the matters and its opinion about them.
