### sec.40 Engagement of researchers The council may engage a person (a researcher ) to help the council carry out the institute’s purpose. A person may be engaged as a researcher only if the council is satisfied the person is appropriately qualified. A person engaged under this section is engaged for the term stated in the instrument under which the person is engaged. (sec.40-ssec.1) The council may engage a person (a researcher ) to help the council carry out the institute’s purpose.
