### sec.39 Institute staff The council may employ staff of the institute the council considers appropriate to help the council— carry out the institute’s purpose; and perform any other function under this Act. The staff employed under this section— are to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the council; and are employed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
