### sec.19 Vacation of office The office of a tribunal member becomes vacant if the member— resigns the member’s office by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or is removed from office under section 18 ; or completes a term of office but is not reappointed. - (a) resigns the member’s office by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or - (b) is removed from office under section 18 ; or - (c) completes a term of office but is not reappointed.
