### sec.18 Termination of appointment The Governor in Council may at any time remove a tribunal member from office if the member— is physically or mentally incapable of satisfactorily performing the member’s functions; or ceases to be eligible for appointment under section 11 ; or has engaged in conduct that would warrant dismissal from the public service if the member were a public service officer; or contravenes section 16 (1) or 17 (2) or (3) . - (a) is physically or mentally incapable of satisfactorily performing the member’s functions; or - (b) ceases to be eligible for appointment under section 11 ; or - (c) has engaged in conduct that would warrant dismissal from the public service if the member were a public service officer; or - (d) contravenes section 16 (1) or 17 (2) or (3) .
